  • Where do you ship, and how long will it take?

    We currently ship Australia-wide via Sendle, with 100% carbon neutral delivery. If you live in a rural area, we’ll use Australia Post to make sure your order gets to you safely.

    Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your scrubs are on their way.

    Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most parcels arrive within 2–8 business days.

    Shipping Costs

    Standard shipping is free over $150 AUD for domestic orders. For all other orders, shipping is $X.XX

    Express options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

    We pack with care, intention, and recyclable materials, because looking after the planet is just as important as looking good on the job.

  • We want your Modical pieces to fit you perfectly. Our size guide will help you find your best fit, with comparisons and measurements for each size. For our compression socks, we have a separate Sock Size Guide.

    If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or reaching out to us at help@modicalscrubs.com for personalised advice.

  • Yes, we do! You can purchase an online or in-store voucher here.

    Gift Card Policy

    We’re unable to offer refunds on gift cards, and unfortunately lost or stolen cards/codes can’t be replaced. If you make a purchase using an online gift certificate, any refunds will be returned to that same gift certificate. If you used another payment method to cover part of your order, that portion will be refunded back to your original payment method.

  • We take great care to photograph our garments so the colours you see are as true to life as possible. That said, colours can look a little different from screen to screen, so we can’t promise a perfect match every time.

    For pieces with a repeat print, each garment is one of a kind. Pattern placement may vary slightly depending on how the fabric is cut.

  • Treat them with love and follow the care label inside your garment. Our high quality fabrics last longest when washed and cared for as directed, helping you look and feel your best shift after shift.

  • We want you to love your Modical pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it’s in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and has all tags attached.

    Simply email us at help@modicalscrubs.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process. You can also return items in-store at 73 Bridge Road, Richmond, VIC.

    Please note that sale items and gift cards can’t be returned unless required by law, and change-of-mind return shipping is at your expense. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the costs and make it right.

  • We sure do. You can find us at 73 Bridge Road, Richmond, Victoria, just a few doors down from Epworth Hospital. We would love for you to pop in and say hi!

  • Yes! If you’re near our retail space, you’re warmly invited to come feel the fabric, explore the prints, and try on your favourites in person. Find us at 73 Bridge Road, Richmond, Victoria.

  • We love seeing teams scrub up together. For hospitals, clinics, student groups, or just a bunch of besties who want to match, we offer group ordering support. For orders over 50 products, we also do group discounts. Please email us at help@modicalscrubs.com with your request, and we’ll guide you through sizing, prints, and availability. Custom support, minus the fuss.

  • Some of our prints are limited edition: when they’re gone, they’re gone. Others may return in future drops if the community requests it. The best way to stay in the loop? Join our mailing list or follow us on socials to be first in line when a restock lands.

  • Yes. We only collect what we need to process your order, and your details stay private, secure, and in your control. We never share payment information except for secure processing, and we only use your personal details for Modical Scrubs purposes.

  • Yes. Every Modical piece is crafted with care, from the way we treat people, to the way we tread on the planet. We partner only with ethical supplier factories that uphold fair labour standards, and our dyes, packaging, and processes are chosen with sustainability front of mind. No greenwashing. Just honest, intentional production.

  • We move fast so your scrubs can, too. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@modicalscrubs.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Once it’s out the door, you’ll need to go through our returns process.

  • Oh no! This is rare, but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right. Please get in touch via help@modicalscrubs.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We’ll send you a replacement or refund as needed, no stress, no hoops to jump through.
