We want you to love your Modical pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
 • In original condition
 • Unworn and unwashed
 • With all tags attached
 • In original packaging

Please also keep your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

To start a return, email us at help@modicalscrubs.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Return shipments 

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Returns are also accepted in-store at 73 Bridge Road, Richmond, VIC, 3121.

Exchanges

Need a different size, colour or style? The easiest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Change of Mind Returns

Under Australian Consumer Law, retailers are not obliged to accept returns for change of mind. However, we happily accept change of mind returns if the above conditions are met and the item is returned within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs for change of mind are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards, unless required by law.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at help@modicalscrubs.com. We’ll make it right, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet a consumer guarantee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to clear the funds. If it’s been more than 15 business days, feel free to follow up with us.
