📦 Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During launch periods or promotional events, please allow up to 5 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
🚚 Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or public holidays. We offer free domestic standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD.
We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post to ensure the best delivery service.

You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready to collect (usually within 1 business day). Please bring your confirmation email or a valid ID at pickup.
❗️Delivery Delays
Once your order leaves our hands, we rely on third-party carriers to get it to you safely. Modical Scrubs is not liable for shipping delays, but we’ll do our best to support you if things go astray.
📮 Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us at help@modicalscrubs.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
